At Verdeaux & Co., we believe every celebration deserves to be as stunning as it is strategic, and that’s exactly what we deliver. We’re a full-service wedding planning and design firm based in Santa Fe, New Mexico, specializing in destination weddings for stylish, powerhouse couples who value intentionality, beauty, and the peace of having an expert by their side.

Led by award-winning planner and designer Taylor Fail, our team brings a warm, calm energy paired with fierce attention to detail. We’re here to be your advocate, your sounding board, and your behind-the-scenes magic-makers; from the first vendor inquiry to the day after brunch send-off.

Whether you’re career-focused and balancing it all, or a couple with sky-high design dreams and no time to figure it all out, we step in with strategy, style, and heart. Our services are tailored to your needs, with offerings that include full-service planning, month-of coordination, and custom design.

Known for our editorial aesthetic and elevated approach, we don’t just plan weddings; we design experiences. From intentional color palettes and tablescapes to flow, guest comfort, and unforgettable moments, every decision is made with your vision and vibe in mind. With countless vendor connections and features in publications like Style Me Pretty, Carats & Cake, Rocky Mountain Bride, and Vanity Fair, we’re proud to be trusted by some of the best in the industry, and our couples.

At the end of the day, our goal is simple: create a wedding that looks like a dream and feels like you. So pour the champagne, bring us your Pinterest board (or your overwhelm), and we’ll take it from there. Because your love deserves more than a pretty day, it deserves a thoughtfully executed, joy-filled celebration that you’ll remember forever.
