Let’s Get Caked makes delicious cakes and other sweets. I’m getting that out of the way because there are a lot of yummy cakes out there. There are two reasons why LGC is the best choice. 1) Not only does LGC understand food allergies and sensitivities, they are also meticulous about getting your needs right. They get it. 2) KC has a superhuman ability to understand what you’re envisioning. Her creations aren’t just amazing. They fit you perfectly.

KC, purveyor of Let’s Get Caked, has the very best cakes, hands-down for me, discriminate consumer of fine baked goods. For me, calories and ingredients count so if it doesn’t taste top-notch, I don’t eat it. Everyone who has tried her cakes that come into my house are extremely pleased and impressed. KC has some very unique flavor combinations that are on point. She makes my birthday cake every year and she has worked with me and my discerning palate to get the details just right. Her specialty is buttercream frosting, which I detest. However, her balance for my likes and her willingness to accept my openness is what keeps me coming back. Her tailored frosting and cake elements are definitely worth the calories! Everything from her kitchen is made with care using quality ingredients, and artistic flare. Her cakes taste as good as they look; something not all bakers delivering the wow factor can claim. She also takes care in cake construction and doesn’t hide flaws using fondant (we both equally detest fondant). Her cake pricing is extremely fair given the care and quality she puts into every cake. These are one-of-a-kind creations and are not pumped out en masse. I encourage anyone to try KC and Let’s Get Caked.
The BEST Gluten-Free cake in town!
It’s so difficult to find a gluten-free cake that doesn’t taste ‘different’ but this was one of the best cakes I’ve ever had – gluten-free or not! KC made the ‘Espresso Me’ cake for us for a Birthday Party turned Pregnancy Announcement and everyone had something good to day about this cake. From the design, made with personalized snacks we picked out, to the flavor & texture, which was so moist, rich and just delicious – this cake blew people away! The frosting was ‘just right’, it was easy to cut & serve, she even packaged the cake up for us so it was easy to transport. When you find a good gluten-free baker, you never go back to store-bought alternatives. We WILL be ordering again for future events!!
