Colorado has shaken off winter and stepped into spring, and that means wedding planning season is officially here! If you’re a fellow romantic excited about your engagement or finally ready to decide on the details of your celebration, you’re in the right place. Whether you envision an upscale outdoor reception in the mountains, an intimate backyard gathering, or a polished Denver wedding, the elements that make a wedding feel truly intentional—like linens, lighting, lounge corners, and glassware—matter more than most couples realize until they’re deep in the planning process. That’s where the right rentals change everything.
Meet Colorado Party Rentals, the team behind some of the most beautifully outfitted weddings across the Rocky Mountain region. From large outdoor mountain weddings to small, personal gatherings, they bring the kind of inventory and expertise that turns a good event into an exceptional one.
Their rental catalog covers everything you need to build your wedding from the ground up: luxury linens, fine china and glassware, lounge furniture, bar setups, tables, chairs, and tent rentals for outdoor weddings that need reliable protection from Colorado’s famously unpredictable weather. Whether your aesthetic is lush and colorful, clean and neutral, maximalist, or minimal, Colorado Party Rentals has the right pieces to pull it together.

What sets them apart is their design-forward approach. For inspiration, check out their Look Book, a curated catalog of rental options, organized to help you visualize how different elements work together. It’s one of the most useful tools in the early planning stages, especially if you’re still refining your aesthetic direction.
Their team includes experienced designers and event professionals who have worked weddings across Colorado—Denver, Colorado Springs, Estes Park, the Aspen corridor, and everywhere in between. They understand the specific demands of mountain venues, outdoor receptions at elevation, and the logistics of setting up in landscapes that look stunning but don’t always make the job easy.
From lounge corners and bar setups to tent rentals and full table settings, Colorado Party Rentals works across venues, styles, and scales. If you’re planning a Colorado wedding and want a rental partner who will actually engage with your vision rather than hand you a price list, they’re worth a conversation.

What types of tents do you offer?Â
We offer a range of tent styles—from Sailcloth, Navi-Trac, and Century Pole to Classic, Peak Frame, and Pop-Ups—to make your event as memorable and comfortable for your guests as possible.
Do I need to schedule an appointment to visit the showroom?
Yes! Scheduling ahead ensures an Event Designer will be available to assist you and gives you plenty of space to get creative and experiment with tabletop ideas.
How long is a standard rental period?
A standard rental period is up to three consecutive days, pending availability. Rentals that extend past that window are subject to a two-day rental fee.
How do you calculate delivery fees?
Delivery fees are based on your event location and cover delivery within 100 feet of where our truck can park. They do not include changes in elevation such as stairs, elevators, or gondolas. Contact your Event Designer for a customized quote.
What are your customer pickup hours?
At our Denver location, pickups are available Monday through Friday, 9:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., and Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. We are closed for customer pickup on Sundays. Pickup outside these hours may be possible for an additional fee. For other locations, Saturday hours may vary, especially during the slower season, so please check with your Event Designer.
What are your delivery hours?
Standard delivery hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Standard delivery fees include a three-hour delivery and pickup window within that timeframe. Requests for specific delivery times or service outside standard hours may incur additional charges.
Do you offer setup and breakdown services?
Some rentals, such as dance floors and stages, require setup by our team, and that cost is included in the rental. Tables, chairs, and similar items can be set up and broken down for an additional fee, if arranged in advance.
