What wedding planning services do you offer?
I offer three levels of wedding planning services so couples can get exactly the support they need. My services include Full-Service Wedding Planning, Partial Planning, and Month-Of Coordination. Whether you want hands-on guidance from the very beginning or professional support to execute your plans flawlessly, I’ll help manage the details, logistics, and timelines so your wedding day runs smoothly and stress-free.

What is the difference between a wedding planner and a wedding coordinator?
A wedding planner supports you throughout the planning process - helping with budgeting, vendor selection, timelines, and overall organization. A wedding coordinator focuses on final logistics and execution closer to the wedding day. At Four O’Clock Events, I offer both planning and coordination services, allowing couples to choose the level of involvement that best fits their needs and planning style.

When should we hire a wedding planner or coordinator?
The best time to hire a wedding planner depends on how much support you want. Couples who choose Full-Service Planning often book 9–12 months in advance, while Partial Planning typically starts around 6 months out. Month-Of Coordination is ideal for couples who have planned most of their wedding but want a professional to take over logistics starting about 6–8 weeks before the wedding day.

Do you offer month-of or day-of wedding coordination?
Yes! I offer Month-Of Wedding Coordination for couples who want to enjoy their wedding day without worrying about timelines, vendors, or last-minute details. This service includes finalizing logistics, coordinating vendors, creating and managing the wedding day timeline, starting 60-days prior to your wedding date, as well as up to 12-hours of on-site support to ensure everything runs seamlessly - so you can be fully present and enjoy your celebration.

Where do you offer wedding planning services?
Four O’Clock Events is based in Denver, Colorado, and primarily serves couples getting married in the Denver metro area and surrounding mountain venues. I also work with couples planning destination weddings or weddings outside of Colorado - just reach out to chat about your location and vision.
